We have been focusing on eating while grains, vegetables and fruits and using this planner has been very helpful over the last few weeks. Earlier, our grocery run was to buy 5-6 vegetables, 2-3 fruits and cook whatever was easy. This planner helps us be thoughtful of looking at a whole week holistically to make sure we’re largely eating all the good things over the course of the week. No grocery is wasted either which is great for my wallet and my conscience.
