1. Domestic Shipping (United Kingdom)

We aim to offer tracked and efficient shipping across the UK. All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Standard Tracked Shipping: 3-5 business days

Shipping Rates: Free shipping on UK orders

2. International Shipping

We offer tracked international shipping worldwide. Processing time remains the same as for domestic orders (3-5 business days). Shipping rates and delivery estimates will be provided at checkout based on your location.

Standard Tracked International Shipping: 7-14 business days

Shipping Rates: Free shipping on all bundles, Free shipping on order £39 and over.

Please note that international shipping times may vary due to customs delays.

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

CoderMumsLife (Imaginated Pursuits Ltd) is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping, such as tariffs, taxes, and customs duties, are the customer’s responsibility.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this to monitor your order’s status in real-time.

5. Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery of all orders, shipping delays beyond our control may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, carrier issues, customs processing). In such cases, we will do our best to keep you informed and assist with resolving the delay.

6. Lost or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us immediately at info@codermumslife.com with your order number and any relevant details. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, provide a replacement or refund.
